The room is spacious and soundproof, and the bathroom is also spacious; the location is great, near the attractions and a 10-minute walk to Boryso-Hlibsky Cathedral.

The staff was ready to assist, amiable people. The room was neat and soundproof with good beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The free parking was near hotel, excellent service.

It boasts favourable and magnificent location adjacent to the city centre and the historical part of Chernihiv and the center.

The hotel is located in an amazing building adjacent to the historical part and city center. The rooms are neat and the staff is fairly friendly and excellent during our check-out. The location is particularly good, close to a big park and easy to get anywhere.

Some rooms can be noisy due to the proximity to bars, and the rooms themselves can be quite small. there is no coffee/tea maker in the room.

For the price, Optima Collection offers excellent value with top-notch facilities and attention to detail. The location is great, with numerous cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and the Desna river nearby for pleasant walks. The staff, especially Svetlana, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, even accompanying us to the hospital as a translator during a medical emergency.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety or options.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the two complementary cups of hot cocoa given upon my arrival. the key location in the heart of the city made exploring easy and convenient. the proximity to public transportation made it easy for me to travel to surrounding areas. I also liked the cozy atmosphere of the lobby.

the worst aspect was the lack of Christmas decorations throughout the hotel.

our second time in chernihiv and optima made it even better! loved the central location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. enjoyed drinks with friends in the bar area. breakfast had lots of options. we'll definitely be back!

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic – it was right in the heart of the city, close to all the sights and transport links. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not to mention the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the excellent facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, even going as far as offering a free room upgrade. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and it was well-maintained. The location was also a standout, with plenty of dining options and cafes within a short walking distance. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Desna river and numerous Orthodox churches made for enjoyable walks during our stay.
